We got to the park right when it opened, and it was actually calling for rain, =fewer crowds, and a great spot under one of the big umbrellas (and I do mean big!). Grab a spot either right underneath, or on the side closest to the club house. As the sun moves across the sky you will be in a perfect position to grab some shade during the day.

Also, be sure to bring lots of water and sunscreen, always expensive to buy on site.

Make sure to pack a big lunch (no glass, and no alcohol), but bring big coolers if you wish, all good!

We wanted to treat the boys to a day at a water park and couldn't spend a lot. We have gone to Mont Cascades in the past, and decided to head there again.

Don't worry about leaving your things at a table, it will be safe. I wouldn't leave valuables, but your cooler, towels, and shoes are no problem.

Once again, we we're not disappointed. Great price, and perfect for our 9 and 12 year old boys.

Great time, no fee for parking, tons of fun.

Great snowboarding experience. I'm just dad they close my favorite trail at the evenings (the one that usually had ramps on it). Pub of great, and cafeteria doesn't overcharge by much (like most places).

Bought the season pass this year. It's been too cold and have been there for only 3 times. Good bang for buck but it would be nicer if they provide more park areas. The trail of promenade is long and wide.

Lots of great rides for the adventurous, or simply just wanting to get wet with a little fun.

Good place to do downhill ski. But be very careful that Quebec police really enjoy sending you fat ticket if you have expired license plate, especially for Ontario vehicles.

Nice ski hill, but be warned, almost every run is a well deserved blue. Almost no green runs, and minimal black. But that said, it is an enjoyable place for winter family fun. The Blue runs were varied in slope and width. The learning area is nice - wide and long! The lifts are a bit older, but functional and well maintained. The cafeteria serves good food ($5 burger, $3.50 med. fries), but could use more indoor seating. Parking is not that bad, and there is even a parking area at the back side of the hill. Buy your tickets online for a discount. Note: my rating makes no comparisons to other famous hills. This is a budget hill, and that is how I rated it. Those looking for a posh resort should look elsewhere! Great for families. And for those curious about what they do with the waterslides over the winter... See attached photos!
